Poetic Edda Translation

I have read a few variations of the Edda, all of them significantly old enough to be on the Internet free of charge. The Thorpe translation seems to be favoured here, but Hollander has issues with it. http://www.germanicmythology.com/works/Hollander%20Proposed%20Translation.html

I plan to purchase a hard copy, but which translation is the best? Oxford press and penguin both do one, and there are a few of the Hollander translations left (published in the 60s, so fairly modern). Do any of you own the Poetic Edda in print form? If so, which translation? Or even better, translations?

My family uses Hollander, but not necessarily because it is the "best" translation. I think that keeping a "poetic sound" in the text helps to retain the feeling of "heilige" as we read it.
