I am trying to get an understanding of this word, I have several references from books (Elder Gods) and a few others, but I am interested in others opinion as to etymology of the word. I am also curious as to what the translation means to each individual.

Though the word was forgotten, by your mention you have re-keened the meaning to me and have allowed me to form a greater fabric. Years have been dusted off. Thank you, stranger.

What it means to me? It is the power by which the berserk gain momentum. An essential to those in want of manipulation of the seidr. Its opposite. Through chaos and control may we maintain all avenues.

In Dutch and Afrikaans (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afrikaans) the word for war is "Oorlog"

Hope this helps
