My aunt got me a pendant that is called an icleandic bindrune in the little paper that came with it. It says that it is part of galdorbrok and means fulfilling wishes. I'm totally stumped on any further info. If someone could edcucate me, it would be greatly appteciated. Here is a link to a picture of it. ... B00BZH463O

That is not one I know.... But I looked up the one I do know for you, this is called "Odin's Rune of Hiding"= I believe it is also Icelandic:

It is alleged to keep one invisible from enemies. ... o1_500.jpg

Sorry to be of no help on that particular symbol- I can't even get a "feel" on the necklace but be assured the rest of the forum will help.

My input might not be accurate but it seems that the necklace symbol is Celtic if anything.
