Several times on my drive home from work I have come across 3 crows in the same spot who just sit in the road and refuse to move for several seconds in front of my car.

What are your interpretations of this?

When seeking to interpret something I always considered the nature of the event first. In this case I would start with the crowd themself. Are they common to your area? Is their behavior out of the ordinary for their species? Is there anything unusual about these particular crows that sets them apart, either from one another and from other crows?

Next I would look at the circumstances of your encounters. Does it occur daily or only on certain days or during particular events or conditions? Do you see them consistently at the same time of day? Is there something special (to either you or to a crow) about the place where you see them?

Once you can determine if their behavior is normal or abnormal you can begin to understand what you are meant to take away.

I will tell you this though. Crows are very intelligent birds, as are all members of the corvidae family. Scientists have demonstrated that they learn to judge the speed of approaching vehicles and know when they need to take flight.

Well crows are relatively common and I always see them around the same place every morning. The strange thing however is the fact that they do not fly away even as the car nears them. I usually stop in the road.

There's probably something about that particular spot. The sun's rays may warm it sooner than surrounding areas or it may be a spot where there is frequently road kill or something else on the road that interests them. It's also possible that they have learned that you'll stop for them and it amuses them.

Since three is a special number to Odinists, it may be something deeper than just the nature of crows. The Valkyrie have been said to take on the form of a crow, perhaps there is a message in their presence.
