A dream after I sacrificed an animal I hunted.

The other day I am saved the heart and liver from an animal I killed and ate. I usually leave the guts where I kill the animal and this was the first time I had ever consciously collected these organs. I left the gift beneath an old tree I have done ritual beneath before during a full moon. I spoke out loud who the gift was for and left...

That night in my dreams I saw a huge black shadow come from the moonlight at the site and snatch up the organs before it stopped and stared straight at me.

The next day I went to the site and the heart and liver were done. No bits or anything just gone. Now clearly this could have been an animal but it was interesting none the less.

That is interesting! What kind of large animals do you have living nearby? I only wonder if there could be a connection between who you made the offering to and the animal who may have claimed it.

I may be wrong but I think that was the animal that the heart and liver which he sacrificed came from?

Lol! But I asked if he had any guess as to what animal may have taken his sacrifice. So, when he replied with the hare, I could not resist the smart arse reply! Haha!

None that I remember as vividly as this. I dream sporadicly and not too often but on occasion.

Interpreting dreams can be difficult. There are those who include day dreaming in their sooth-saying.

I am like you, I almost never dream - and when I do I must inevitably conclude that there cant be meaning to everything. When I make such a conclusion I must anticipate that everything has a meaning and a cause of action. Perhaps not the meaning we intended, but all situations are revealing.
