There are more of us in small, out of the way corners of the world than you think ... Storm

Regarding Gunr's question, we are eagles. Eagles hunt alone.

Sometimes, we may gather in small numbers, 1,2, or 3 people, for fellowship, but all of our rites are conducted as solitaries.

I know of members in North America, Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and South America. We are no doubt elsewhere.

I have not been on the forum in a few years. Recently, the Odin Brotherhood came back to mind and I bought this book. I am almost finished with it and thought I would get on Herr and see what ya'll were saying about it. It is an easy read with very interesting content.

Its a fine book. It causes a person to think.

I have heard often the debate about whether Jack Wolf is actually a member of the OB or not.
Naturally, Mr. Wolf denies this. He says he is only a writer who happened to become involved in a search for knowledge about the brotherhood. Perhaps this is true and probably is...but one can always wonder.

Apparently the actual members of the brotherhood are everywhere and they will never admit their involvement to outsiders. Those people who go about saying they are members are obviously not actual members, so it stands to reason that those who are in will never admit to it.

Books that inspire thought are crafted well.

I have heard that Jack Wolf is constantly at work. I think he has quite a few more books yet to come about various subjects.

I already posted on here, but one thing I liked about the book was the Sojourn chapter. It was very interesting. I liked the mountain story as well as the one where someone had to improvise. The solstice is coming near. I will re-read this book.

I purchased the book, I have yet to touch it since my spouse hijacked it immediately...needing it more. I hope to recapture it by the end of this week.
